The free report is an initial location-intelligence screening. Its scope, depth and format may vary depending on the property, location, available information and the user’s stated purpose. A free report does not create an obligation for us to provide unlimited research, a formal valuation or professional due diligence.
Detailed paid reports are provided only after scope, expected deliverable, fee and any relevant limitations are agreed. Different properties may require different research. Unless specifically agreed in writing, a paid report is still decision-support research and not legal, financial, architectural, engineering, tax or registered valuation advice.
Location intelligence may rely on public information, mapping services, user-supplied information, market observations, third-party sources and research. Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or change after a report is prepared. Proposed infrastructure and development should always be independently verified with authoritative sources before a purchase decision depends on it.
We do not guarantee appreciation, resale value, rental yield, occupancy, tenant quality, future demand, project delivery, infrastructure completion or investment performance. Past market behaviour and current location indicators do not guarantee future outcomes.
Before entering a property transaction you should independently obtain the legal, regulatory, technical, tax, financial, valuation and other professional checks appropriate to that transaction. This can include title, encumbrances, approvals, RERA information, land use, zoning, access rights, structural condition, financing and contracts.
We may introduce or connect users with builders, developers, sellers, channel partners or professional service providers. Their statements, contracts, commitments, products and services remain their responsibility. Users should verify material representations independently.
Site design, brand elements, report formats, original written content, analysis frameworks and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use a report for your own decision-making unless a different licence is expressly agreed. Republishing or commercially reselling our material without permission is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt the site, access restricted systems, submit malicious content or misrepresent another person.
To the extent permitted by law, Check-Mate and its operators will not be liable for losses arising solely from a user treating location-intelligence content as a substitute for required professional diligence or for decisions based on information that changes after publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may modify, suspend, expand or discontinue features, free-report scope, paid services, data sources, pricing and site content as the service evolves.
These terms are intended for an India-focused service and will be interpreted subject to applicable Indian law. The exact contracting entity and jurisdiction clause should be reviewed and updated when the Propiyo operating company is formally incorporated or otherwise finalised.
