Effective date: 13 August 2026
This policy applies to visitors and users of check-mate.in and to enquiries submitted to Check-Mate by Propiyo. “We”, “us” and “Check-Mate” refer to the operator of this service. Formal company/entity details may be updated as the Propiyo business structure evolves.
When you submit a form we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, project or location, Google Maps link, property purpose, approximate budget, purchase timeline, questions and consent. We may also receive campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, ad set and ad, the landing-page URL, IP address and basic server logs.
Where consent is the appropriate basis, we request it at the point of data collection. You may ask us to stop non-essential marketing communications. Service communications relating to an active request may still be required to complete that request.
We may use service providers for hosting, email, spreadsheets, analytics, automation and related operational functions. Where a property enquiry requires interaction with a builder, developer, seller, channel partner or professional service provider, relevant information may be shared when reasonably necessary to respond to your request or when you have agreed to that interaction. We do not state that personal data will never be shared; instead we aim to share it only for defined service, operational or legal purposes.
Current enquiry operations may use Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and email, to store and notify us of new requests. Those services are subject to their own security and privacy terms.
The site may use essential cookies, analytics tags, advertising pixels and campaign parameters to understand traffic, conversions and marketing effectiveness. If additional consent mechanisms become legally or operationally required for a particular implementation, we may update the site accordingly.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, business records, customer relationship, analytics, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and purpose.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size and stage of the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may contact us to request access, correction, updating, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute or legitimate record-keeping reasons.
We intend to evolve our practices in line with applicable Indian data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules as their provisions become effective. This policy is operational information and is not a substitute for legal advice.
Check-Mate is intended for adults making property-related decisions and is not designed as a service for children.
We may update this policy as the product, company structure, service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
For privacy requests, use the contact form on this website and clearly mention “Privacy Request” in the notes.
