1. Service

Check-Mate provides AI-assisted and human-reviewed location research for informational decision support. Free report scope, depth and delivery depend on the completeness of the request and availability of reliable information.

2. Delivery timeline

The 24-hour period is a target, not a guaranteed service-level commitment. We may request clarification or take additional time where a location or objective requires further verification.

3. Accuracy and due diligence

Maps, travel times, public announcements, prices, availability and development information may change. Users must independently verify title, approvals, RERA information, legal status, physical condition, pricing and commercial representations before making any transaction.

4. No investment guarantee

Scores, observations and recommendations do not guarantee appreciation, rent, resale, liquidity or investment performance. Decisions remain solely with the user.

5. Contact details

You agree to provide accurate contact information so that the report can be identified, clarified and delivered. General report-processing consent is distinct from optional consent for partner recommendations.

6. Custom services

Advanced comparisons, commercial feasibility, land scouting, field surveys and enhanced due diligence may be offered as separately quoted paid assignments with their own agreed scope.

7. Acceptable use

You may not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, overload the service, scrape protected data or misuse reports to make false claims.
