How Check-Mate collects, uses and shares information submitted for Location Intelligence Reports.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email, location of interest, budget, property preference, investment purpose, purchase timeline and research questions. Technical records such as submission time, consent version and IP address may be retained for security and consent records.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to identify your request, clarify requirements, research the selected location, prepare and deliver the report, provide support, prevent misuse and improve our research process.
3. Property recommendations and partner sharing
Sharing your enquiry with developers, authorised channel partners or relevant service providers is based on the separate optional consent displayed on the request form. When you provide that consent, selected partners may contact you with properties, offers or services that reasonably match your stated requirement. Declining this optional consent does not prevent you from requesting the free report.
4. Service providers
We may use hosting, email, analytics, cloud storage and research technology providers to operate the service. They process information only for relevant operational purposes.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for report delivery, service records, legitimate business operations, consent management and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may request correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of optional marketing/partner-sharing consent by contacting prabu01suresh@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before the request was received.
7. Report limitations
Reports are decision-support material based on available sources, estimates and analysis. They are not legal, title, engineering, tax or regulated financial advice and should be supplemented with appropriate professional due diligence.
